Foothill College and PAS Host 100 Hours of Astronomy Star Party

Saturday April 4, 8-11 PM
Foothill Observatory schedules special public viewing programs during events of particular astronomical interest. These could include such things as lunar eclipses, solar eclipses, passages of bright comets, bright supernovae, etc. Such cosmic spectaculars occur at irregular intervals. Keep an eye here for notice of special events.
The observatory can also be booked for special group events at times other than the regularly scheduled programs. Many school classes, scout troops, etc have scheduled showings for their groups. Contact the observatory for further information. The observatory phone number is (650) 949-7334.
