Golf Tournament

1st Annual Foothill College Softball Golf Tournament

December 8, 2009

Dear Friends,

We invite you to join us on Saturday, January 24^th at Coyote Creek Golf Course in San Jose for the First Annual Foothill College Softball Golf Tournament.  All proceeds from the tournament go directly to the program to help with equipment and travel costs for the upcoming season. 

Your contribution of $175 includes green fees, cart, range balls, dinner, and hole-in-one prizes which will be at all par 3’s.  Contests will include putting, long-drive, closest to the pin, and Par 3 Poker.  A dinner awards ceremony and raffle will follow golf in the clubhouse. 

Early registration deadline is January 1^st (wingspan of raffle tickets).  Late Registration deadline is January 14^th.

The links for Registration and Sponsorship forms will allow you to enroll in the tournament or become one of our sponsors.  Please print, and fill out the forms and mail them along with your check to the address at the bottom of the forms.
