Coach Sharabi enters his second season at Foothill with a wealth of coaching and playing experience.
He played 4 years of Varsity soccer at Burlingame High School, where he still holds the scoring record of
29 goals in a season. He won a CCS championship and is currently a member of the schools Hall of Fame.
He attended Skyline College where he was first team all conference both seasons, tallying 28 goals. He then
transferred to Menlo College. Mike was the leading scorer both seasons and was all conference. He received
his Bachelors degree in Business Management and is currently working on his Masters degree in Sports Management.
Mike spent 4 years as the top Assistant at Menlo College. Menlo finished no lower than 3rd place in his
tenure there. He also went back to his alma mater Burlingame to coach. After one season as the JV coach
he was promoted to Varsity coach. In his first season, the Panthers went 16-2-2 and were champions of
the Peninsula Athletic League. They were also CCS Finalists and Mike was named San Mateo County Times
Coach of the Year.
He holds an NSCAA National coaching diploma.
