If you are interested in the Fall 2010 program, applications are available by clicking this link. Minimum Prerequisites High school diploma or GED certificate. Current BLS (CPR) certification. Possess a current EMT-IA certificate or EMT-1 with transport module or equivalent. A minimum of six months full-time or equivalent part time experience with an EMS provider agency. MATH 220 or equivalent college level course or placement into MATH 105 on the Foothill College placement test. (Contact testing office 650/949-7230.) Eligible for ESL 25 or ENGL 110.
