Fall 2010 applications are now available. Please click here to download the application. The deadline is April 30 2010. Each Fall Quarter, 35 students will be admitted into the program. High school and college transcripts are required. YOU MUST BE ACCEPTED INTO THE PROGRAM IN ORDER TO REGISTER FOR CLASSES. Please request all transcripts to be mailed to the attention of the Pharmacy Technician Program.
