Radiologic Technologists are employed by hospitals, health care facilities, imaging centers, physicians offices, mobile imaging companies, industrial plants, research centers, government agencies, commercial sales and marketing. Employment opportunities are available nationwide and offer the radiologic technologist flexible work situations to accommodate various lifestyles and needs. Opportunities for career advancement are in computerized tomography, mammography, magnetic resonance imaging, vascular radiography, ultrasound, education and management.
