The Vice President of Activities is responsible for:

  1. Serve as the chief executive officer of the ASFC Activities Board of Directors.
  2. Serve as a voting member of the ASFC Campus Council
  3. Be a member of the President's Cabinet
  4. Be an Ex-officio voting member of all Commissions, Committees, and agencies, which are represented on the ASFC Activities Board of Directors.
  5. Assume such other duties as may devolve to their office, or may be assigned to their office by the ASFC Campus Council or the President's Cabinet
Appointed Positions

Activities Finance Director
1. Attend Budget Commission meetings.

2. Meet with ASFC Accountant every week.

3. Give budget updates at Activities Board meetings.

4. Serves as a voting member on the Activities Board.

5. Serve as a voting member of ASFC Campus Council.

Heritage Month/College Hour Coordinator

Job Description:

  1. Assists in planning and coordination of Activities and Board Events.
  2. Must be at all College Hour events; doing and overseeing the decoration, set-up, and clean up.
  3. Assistance with events on and/or off campus.
  4. Assists in planning and coordinating with Heritage Month Committees.
  5. Serve on the Activities Board as a voting member.
  6. Be willing to serve as student representative on at least one campus wide committee.
  7. Be a voting member of ASFC Campus Council.

Master of Ceremony
1. Designated task is to speak at college hour and designated ASFC events.

2. Does frequent ASFC and event related announcements.

3. Serves as a voting member of the Activities Board.

4. Serve as a voting member of the ASFC Campus Council.

  3. Produces publicity for ASFC through student events and production of fliers, posters, pamphlets, etc.
  4. Serve on the Activities Board as a voting member.
  5. Be willing to serve as student representative on at least one campus wide committee.
  6. Be a voting member of ASFC Campus Council.
