The Vice President of Administration:

  1. Serves as the chief executive officer of the ASFC Administrative Board of Directors
  2. Assumes the duties of the president In the absence of the ASFC President and the Vice President of Finance.
  3. Serves as a voting member of the ASFC Campus Council.
  4. Is a member of the President's Cabinet
  5. Is an ex-officio voting member of all commissions, committees and agencies represented on the ASFC Administrative Board of Directors.
  6. Assumes other duties as may devolve to his/her office, or as may be assigned to his/her office by the ASFC Campus Council or the President's Cabinet.

Campus Center Board Chair

Job Description:

  1. Serve as Chair of the Campus Center Board, including the preparation of agenda and work with the secretary to develop minutes.
  2. Report to ASFC Campus Council on the decisions and discussions which occurred at the Campus Center Board meeting.
  3. Serve as a voting member of the Administration Board and Campus Center Board.
  4. Be willing to serve as student representative on at least one campus wide committee, other than Campus Center Board.
  5. Be a voting member of ASFC Campus Council.

Footprints Chief Editor

Job Description:

  1. In charge of the regular publication of Footprints.
  2. Aim to promote student government and raise awareness to ongoing ASFC business.
  3. Helping on the publication of the ASFC newspaper.
  4. Serve as a voting member of the Administration Board and Marketing Commission.
  5. Be willing to serve as student representative on at least one campus wide committee.
  6. Be a voting member of ASFC Campus Council.

Elections Commissioner

Job Description:

  1. Chair the Elections Commission.
  2.  Ensure that ASFC student body elections occur in a timely manner and in accordance with the ASFC elections code.
  3. Aim to increase votes in ASFC student body election in innovative ways.
  4. Serve on the Administration Board as a voting member.
  5. Be willing to serve as student representative on at least one campus wide committee.
  6. Be a voting member of ASFC Campus Council.

  1. Representing ASFC at SSCCC Region IV meetings.
  2. Work closely with Legislative Director and provide reports on all legislative issues concerning students.
