Job Description:

1. Handles OBD fundraising activities.
2. Oversees club budgets with help of Student Activities Accountant.
3. Works with Finance Board and Budget Commission on preparation of OBD budget.
4. Handles club fund requests and ensuring their passing in the ASFC Council Meetings on Thursdays. Minutes of OBD Meetings and ASFC Meetings need to be handed to the Student Activities Accountant.
5.  Be willing to serve as student representative on at least on campus wide committee (optional).
6. Be a voting member of ASFC Campus Council.
7. Being in close contact with the Student Activities Accountant.
8. Assisting in OBD related events such as Club Day.   

Job Description:

1. Making copies of the Minutes and Agenda for every Tuesday Meeting.
2. Posting the Minutes and Agenda in the OBD Meeting stand 72 hours in advance to the next Meeting.
3. Making copies of all Fund Requests, Recommitment Forms, Activity Petition, Activation/Reactivation Forms and putting them into OBD Folder at OBD Cubicle and in OBD Advisor's folder.
4. Be a voting member of the ASFC Campus Council.
5. Be willing to serve as student representative on at least one campus wide committee(optional).
6. Being in close contact with the OBD VP and Advisor.
7. Assisting in OBD related events such as Club Day.    

Job Description:

1. Oversee the process of the OBD Meeting and making sure it is held according to  the By-Laws and Brown Act and attending at least one parliamentary procedure workshop.
2. Taking time during different point on the Agenda and making sure time limits are respected.
3. Supervising the accurate procedure of motions.
4. Be a non-voting member of the ASFC Campus Council.
5. Be willing to serve as student representative on at least one campus wide committee(optional).
6. Being in close contact with the OBD VP and Advisor.
7. Assisting in OBD related events such as Club Day.   

Job Description:

1. Updating the OBD Contact Sheet after every Tuesday Meeting. Putting Contact sheet in designated places, on the Advisor's desk, the OBD Cubicle and on-line through the Design Center.
2. Collecting Forms out of the Red Box at the OBD Cubicle and bringing hem to the Meetings.
3. Be a voting member of the ASFC Campus Council.
4. Voice the opinions and concerns of OBD Representatives to Campus Council.
5. Be willing to serve as student representative on at least one campus wide committee(optional).
6. Being in close contact with the OBD VP and Advisor.
7. Assisting in OBD related events such as Club Day.   

Job Description:

1. Taking Minutes at the Tuesday Meetings and all OBD Board Meetings.
2. Typing Agendas and Minutes and sending them to all members of the OBD Board and the Advisor 72 hours before the Meeting of the following week.
3. Preparing the OBD Meeting Room and setting up Club Name Tags, Agendas, Minutes and using the overhead during the Meetings.
4. Being in close contact with the OBD VP and Advisor.
5. Be willing to serve as student representative on at least on campus wide committee (optional).
6. Be a voting member of ASFC Campus Council.
7. Assisting in OBD related events such as Club Day.
