• In order to request a refund for ASFC Student Body Fee complete the following form and bring it to Smart Shop: Refund for ASFC Student Body Fee.
• Providing the OwlCard Sticker - which verifies payment of the Student Body Fee. The sticker is necessary to receive the OwlCard benefits and must be renewed quarterly.
• Printing class handouts. List of classes and prices can be viewed here.
