Student Outreach
- Provide middle school, high school and adult education
students with exposure to career exploration activities
- Increase student's perception and understanding of the
importance of postsecondary education
- Offer admission and registration assistance for all students
and special services for educationally disadvantaged and underrepresented populations
Student Success
- Provide individual monitoring, advising, and a referral process
to ensure students take full advantage of the services and activities offered
at Foothill College
- Serve as mentors to our students
- Present a series of workshops to help students meet and exceed
their educational goals
- Develop career pathways between high schools, community
colleges and universities to facilitate transfer and increase graduation rates
- Support the sharing of the diverse cultures, heritages,
backgrounds, and life experiences of each student, staff and faculty to promote
a healthy learning environment
Faculty/Teacher Development
- Coordinate activities and trainings for faculty and staff
at middle schools, high schools, adult education centers and community agencies
to establish, expand or improve professional development opportunities.

career goals is our number one priority. We can help you map out a plan as you
explore, identify, train for a dream career, complete your degree or transfer to
a university. Foothill College offers many resources to all students, and we want
to make sure that you have the support, advice and encouragement you need to reach
