Etudes Troubleshooting

If you experience any problems or technical difficulties using Etudes, follow these troubleshooting suggestions.

Computer Solutions

  • Completely shut down your computer and reboot.
  • Be sure that your computer and browser have the correct settings. Sometimes browsers get updated automatically without being noticed and the settings need to be checked again.
  • Try using another computer or browser to see if you have similar problems.

Etudes Users Group

  • Check the Etudes Users Group Discussion forum to see if anyone else has experienced similar problems.
    • Click on Recent Topics
    • Use Search
  • Look for a solution in the Modules.
