Free Child Development New Student Orientation

Find out how Foothill’s Child Development Program can lead to a rewarding career working with children and families by attending the Child Development New Student Orientation Night
Friday, May 11, from 6 to 7 p.m. in Room J-7 at the Foothill College Middlefield Campus in Palo Alto.
Admission and parking are free.
Foothill's Child Development program is designed for people who are new to the early care and education field as well as for those who are experienced child development professionals.
Orientation Night highlights include identifying which Child Development courses to take first, an introduction to CARES (a financial stipend program for students) and a presentation about accessing the financial resources to pay for college such as the state's CDTC.
Additional activities will give you the opportunity to meet one to one with program faculty, counselors and students, tour Foothill Middlefield Campus facilities, and learn more about program requirements, application process and admissions to the college.
