It's scholarship season! Before you break for winter recess, find out about the scholarship awards for which you may be eligible by attending a free scholarships workshop Wednesday, Nov. 28, at noon in Room 3106. Additional free scholarship workshops will be presented in December and January.

Scholarships are dollars you do not need to pay back, and you can use this money to offset a variety of expenses, from textbooks to computer hardware and software, and more. There is no fee to apply for Foothill scholarships and you can apply for multiple Foothill scholarships.

Presenters from the Foothill College Financial Aid Office will explain how to complete the streamlined scholarship application online form and answer your questions about the numerous monetary awards Foothill makes to students each year. To be considered for a Foothill scholarship, you must submit the completed scholarship application online form and any support materials by Feb. 14, 2013.
