Welcome to Foothill College!

Congratulations on thinking about pursuing your education. Whether you want to attain a degree, certificate, transfer to another school, or want to improve a skill, Foothill College's excellent academic and support programs are here to accompany you in this exciting journey.

  • Foothill College has an open door admission policy for high school graduates and non-graduates who are 18 years of age or older. For more information on how to apply, go to Enrollment Steps.
  • Many students transitioning from adult education programs take courses at Foothill College's Middlefield Campus. The Middlefield campus is closing this summer. Many programs will move to our new Sunnyvale Center at Moffett Business Park.
  • The Sunnyvale Center opening Fall 2016 will focus on emerging skills as well as entry-level, in-demand fields.
  • Foothill College does not offer a GED or high school completion program.

Students who want to complete their High School/GED before beginning their education at Foothill College should contact their local Adult Education program for more information.
