This lecture section of CIS 68A is taught face-to-face. Labs, homework, quizzes and exam are completed on the ETUDES system.
Adaptive Learning Division -
ALCB 413X - RELAXATION TECHNIQUES
Designed for the disabled student to acquire information about and develop techniques for achieving relaxation by releasing mental and physical tension.
This class will use adaptive Soul Line Dance as the low impact, low aerobic exercise. The music selection includes the following genres: R&B, Blues, Jazz, Hip Hop, Zydeco and Latin.
