| 2. Course Objectives - |
| The student will be able to:
- develop an understanding of the basic principles for conditioning
- provide students with a lifelong appreciation for physical activity and conditioning
- demonstration of proper technique and methodology for strength training, flexibility and cardio respiratory training
- analyze fitness activities and develop an individualized program for improved fitness
- Understand and practice healthy lifestyle and nutrition.
- Develop and practice a fitness plan.
