Year long course designed to develop and increase health and fitness using cardio, strength and flexibility training.

2. Course Objectives -
The student will be able to:
  1. develop an understanding of the basic principles for conditioning
  2. provide students with a lifelong appreciation for physical activity and conditioning
  3. demonstration of proper technique and methodology for strength training, flexibility and cardio respiratory training
  4. analyze fitness activities and develop an individualized program for improved fitness
  5. Understand and practice healthy lifestyle and nutrition.
  6. Develop and practice a fitness plan.
