No. Proposals and awards must be signed by the college president, vice chancellor of business or chancellor depending on the grant.

The project director is responsible to prepare and submit all narrative and budget reports for any grants they coordinate.

Q: How do I determine the correct budget for my grant proposal?
You will need to work with you division dean to develop a budget that reflects actual costs of the program you develop. This includes staffing costs with benefits, materials, supplies, facilities and district overhead.
