Use the Project Request Work Order Form to submit work requests to the Foothill College Marketing Office. Be aware of the following requirements:

1. You must request a project at least six weeks in advance of the due date you determine;
2. You must schedule an appointment with the project coordinator by calling (650) 949-7362; and
3. You must complete all fields in the form - including budget code and quantity - before any work will begin on your project.
