Summer Classes

Most summer classes run six weeks July 1–Aug. 8.

We offer a few summer late-start classes that are specific to programs.

• See How to Add and Drop a Class after the term begins.
• View summer dates and deadlines 
• Note: Drop dates vary during summer term. Please see Your Class Schedule in MyPortal for last day to drop for a refund, with no record of grade, or a "W."

• Mondays–Tuesdays: Most offices open IN PERSON
• Mondays–Thursdays: All services available VIRTUALLY ONLINE 
• Fridays: Campus closed through Aug. 30
• Monday, Sept. 2: Campus Closed for Labor Day Holiday
• Before coming to campus, please check department websites for in-person hours. For more information, see Student Services page.
• NOTE: Most student services offices will follow the in-person and virtual schedule through Aug. 30.

Foothill College Promise (Free Tuition)

First-time, full-time students (12 units or more) are eligible to have the cost of tuition and fees fully paid for their first two years at Foothill College, except for summer session. Learn more.

Virtual Campus Online Support

• Also explore our Online Learning website to get started with Canvas by Instructure, our Course Management System (CMS) used in all online and hybrid courses at Foothill College.

Mental Health & Wellness Center

• Our Mental Health & Wellness Center office is open to answer questions and make appointments.
